This online live interactive insurance webinar is focused upon delegates who are new to Directors’ & Officers’, Employment Practices and other company liability covers.
The webinar will be highly interactive with delegate participation and engagement throughout.
A basic knowledge of other liability insurances would be beneficial but not essential.

- Understanding how D&O cover dovetails into the other liability covers held that protect the firm.
- Overview of directors’ duties to stakeholders of the business
- How a director may incur a legal liability
- Overview of rating factors
