Training Services
In-house Training
All of our courses can be run in-house. This is a cost-effective solution for companies looking to train several staff. We price our in-house courses per course based on a maximum delegates of 10 to 12 (unless otherwise stated or agreed). We feel that 10 -12 delegates is a great number for a half or full day course, which helps to create an intimate and interactive training session.
For in-house courses we also have the ability to bespoke our courses specifically for you. This can mean taking an outline we already offer and adapting it to your training needs, or we can create a completely new course all together. We can also include your policy wordings and internal procedures to bring things as close to home for the delegates as possible.
For face to face courses our trainers can travel to your company. Whilst we deliver most our face to face training in London, our trainers do travel nationally / internationally. We also work with our clients to source external training venues if required. However, a great alternative to face to face training are live online webinars, which are more cost effective than face to face training as trainer travel expenses are not applicable, especially when being delivered internationally. We ensure that our live webinars are highly participative and interactive.
Open Course Training
Our open courses are ideal for individuals, and clients who have less than 4 delegates. We have clients who use our open dates for induction of new recruits, where we help introduce them into the world of Insurance. Our Introduction to Insurance and our Introduction to the London Market courses are our most popular open courses.
The majority of our open courses are three hours long but we do offer 90 minute and full day webinars. We use a mixture of WebEx, Zoom and Teams to host our open webinars. Our open webinars are highly interactive and highly engaging. So even if you are on your own, or within a group you will be able to get involved.
Our open dates are priced per delegate and range from £90 – £300 + VAT per delegate.
Admin Support
When we host a course for you we also offer our unique bespoke admin support solutions. We offer an option for delegate communication before and after the course which involves making sure delegates all receive the correct training information, pre-work, handout material, webinar links and general training information.
We thrive on feedback and ensure we follow up on course feedback, post course. We can also provide detailed feedback reports through our chosen feedback platform – Coursecheck.
We also offer, free of charge, Certificates of attendance for delegates who attended any of our courses. These certificates will include delegate awarded CPD hours.
Design and Development
We have a design team who can aid the design and development of training material specifically for you. We can use your branding to brand all learning material used for our webinars from presentation slides, handout materials and even the certificates of attendance.
This may incur an additional charge.
Interactive Learning Material
We have a specialist designer in our team who has aided our clients with the creation of interactive learning material. We help develop a learning material script with our clients and our trainers and we develop, design and produce the material into a medium that suits your training needs. Whether it is an interactive workbook that delegates can complete online, an online presentation or an online course, we can offer solutions to help your training needs.
