Jennifer Yeates is an experienced and passionate trainer who is constantly seeking to add value and increase knowledge to all who attend her courses.  She has worked as a trainer since 2003 and has been an Insurance Technical Trainer since 2008.  Her experience and knowledge is underpinned by qualifications in training practice and insurance.

Jennifer is a skilled soft skills trainer and her most popular subjects include sales training, negotiation skills, customer care skills as well as coaching and personal development.  She has developed many of these courses by using her experience as a successful account executive.  Having a successful & award-winning track record in a tough selling environment has given Jennifer the insight to create impactful sales and negotiation training that has proven to be influential in improving sales & client engagement
