Sarah Godfrey has worked within the insurance industry for more than 26 years. Sarah delivers soft skills training to both insurance and non insurance based companies with an emphasis on communication skills. Sarah delivers our hugely popular Communication and Planning Using Emotional Intelligence Course, which is also one of her favourite courses! Sarah has been a freelance trainer for the past nine years, training within the general insurance market and also delivers courses on claims, household, motor and liability to name but a few. Prior to entering the training world, she worked for 17 years for a multi-national insurance company, where she was their claims manger with responsibility for approximately 100 staff members. Sarah holds a qualification in Further Adult Education Teaching. Sarah is also a Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF) ensuring she delivers effective, interactive, engaging online live webinars.
