How we work

Open/Public Courses

We run both face-to-face and live online webinar open courses. Please use the online booking form or phone/email your nominations to us.  We will issue joining instructions, either directly to you or to your delegates, depending on whether the nomination is from an individual or on behalf of a business.  Joining instructions contain all information delegates will need regarding the arrangements for the day as well as a copy of the course outline. We will only raise an invoice when the open course has been confirmed.  All open courses are speculative as they are dependent on sufficient attendance.

In-house Courses

All enquiries are handled in the strictest of confidence.   It is important that we gather as much information as possible so we can be sure we will meet your training requirements.  We are more than happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if you feel more comfortable with formal signed terms and conditions regarding confidentiality.

If you are looking for more than a standard course, we will always include the trainer when scoping out bespoke training courses and programmes.

Once we have a clear understanding of expected outcomes and the services we are to provide, we will issue a written, no obligation proposal. This may be in the form of an email, for straight forward stand-alone solutions, or a formal proposal in more complex cases.

Once we have agreed course scope, we will agree a suitable date, time, method of delivery and venue (if face-to face).  We will provide you with a confirmation form confirming the arrangements for the day and details of the delegates (as provided by you). If you require us to emphasise certain areas of the course, include specific delegate activities or use policy wordings, internal documents and/or procedures, this will also be documented within the confirmation form.

We will issue an invoice immediately after a course has run and our payment terms are 20 days from the date of the invoice.

If we feel we are not best placed to handle your particular training requirement, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

Evaluation Forms and Certificates of Attendance

All delegates who attend our open courses are asked to complete a course evaluation questionnaire via our chosen on-line feedback platform – Coursecheck.  This helps us evaluate the impact of our courses and we also use them for quality control purposes. We forward completed evaluations to each delegate sponsor so that they can evaluate the course for themselves and identify where further training may be required.

For in-house courses we are more than happy to use our client’s evaluation forms or systems but we do ask them to share their findings with us. Alternatively, we use Coursecheck and we forward a full feedback report to our clients for internal evaluation purposes.

We issue certificates of attendance for all courses.
